Liquid Limit "ICON"

The liquid limit is defined as the moisture content at which the soil
passes from plastic state to liquid state, it is very helpful in the
classification of the potential properties of the soil material. The liquid
limit device consists of a hard rubber base carrying a sliding carriage
assembly to which a brass cup is hinged. The cup is raised and allowed to
fall through a height of 1 cm on to the hard rubber base, by the help of a
lead screw provided at the back of the sliding carriage. Supplied complete
with Casangrade grooving tool and gauge block.
Sand Pouring Cylinder "ICON"

This apparatus is used for determination of dry density of compaction. The
Sand Pouring Cylinder 115 mm dia is fitted with conical funnel and shutter 3
liter capacity, cylinder calibrating container 100 mm dia x 150 mm ht, a
metal tray 300 mm x 300 mm x 40 mm with 100 mm central hole
Proctor Compaction Apparatus"ICON"
Quality Standard : Conforming to is 2720 (P-V)
The set comprises of Proctor Compaction Mould 100 mm internal dia x 127.3
mm ht with 1000 cc volume. Made of Gun Metal / Mild Steel with collar &
base plate and Rammer 50 mm dia 2.6 kg weight with 310 mm Controller Fall
(For Light Compaction).
Rapid Moisture Meter "ICON"
Quality Standard : Conforming to is 2720 (P-II)
The unit consists of a pressure vessel with clamp for Sealing cap, rubber
sealing gasket, pressure gauge calibration in percentage moisture content
0-25% on the wet weight basis (6 gm) counter poised balance for weighing
samples, scoop for measuring reagent carbide, bottle of reagent carbide and
cleaning brush. Complete in highly polished wooden carrying case with
handle. The unit can be used to determine percentage moisture content on the
wet weight basis upto 25% which is equal to 33.3% moisture content on the
dry weight basis. Same as above but 0-50% moisture meter also available.

Siever Shaker "ICON"
Sieve Shaker Motorized carries 7 sieves, 20 cm
diameter. The Sieve Shaker is driven by 1/4 HP motor through reduction
gearbox. The shaker is fitted with timing switch. Suitable for operation on
220V, 50 HZ, AC Supply. The Adaptor for 30 cm dia sieves or 45 cm dia sieves
also available on request.
