"ICON" Vacuum Pump are mounted on a heavy steel base plate and have a wide range of oil sealed pumps. Fitted with heavy duty electric motor. All pumps are V-Belt driven at a speed of 400 RPM. Pumps are fabricated out of high grade cast iron and worked on sophisticated machines to give accuracy in microns, thus leading to very high sustained vacuum. Supplied in single stage or double stage models. As a safety device all "ICON" vacuum pumps are fitted with belt guard as a standard feature. To work on 220/230 volts A.C. supply.

Light weight with ceramic fibre wool insulation (instead of Brick insulation). The outer casing is made of double walled thick P.C.R.C. Sheet, duly painted. Heating elements are made of KANTHAL "A-1" wire and backed by high temperature cerwool insulation, which avoids loss of energy. Temperature is controlled through Digital Temperature Indicator- cum-controller. To work on 220/230 volts or 400/440 volts A.C. Maximum Temp. is 1000^oC and working temp 900^oC. For models of higher temperature the maximum temp. is 1200^oC and working temp. 1150^oC.

These are sturdy double walled units with outer chamber made of M.S. sheet duly enamel painted with inner made up of anodized aluminium or S.S. sheet. The gap between inner and outer chamber is filled with high grade glass wool to avoid thermal losses. Beaded heating elements are placed in ribs, at bottom and sides. Inner chamber is provided with ribs for adjusting perforated shelves to convenient height. The door is fitted with glass viewing window to facilitate inspection of sample without disturbing the test temperature. Temperature is controlled by "EGO" / "JUMO" GERMAN hydraulic type capillary thermostat from ambient to 70^oC ± 0.5^oC An L-shaped prismatic thermometer is fitted to unit for reading the chamber temperature. Fabricated out of thick wooden board these are designed so as to throw-out all toxic / harmful / vapours thus protecting costly instruments and the person working in the lab. Outer is finished with sunmica and inner epoxy painted. Working table top is fitted with acid alkali resistant tiles and a small wash basin with connection provide for inlet and outer of water. The front door moves verticallyupanddownwithconcealed counter balanced weight. The unit is fitted with florescent light and a gas cock for gas/ air supply. The space under the work station can be provided with storage compartments for storage purpose at extra cost (See Optional Accessories). The front facing panel is fitted with 15/5 Amp socket with switches for exhaust system and fluorescent light. To work on 220/230 volts A.C.supply.
