Used for determination of disintegration of time of tablets. The test equipment consist of 1 liter Beaker tablet can be tested simultaneously through motorized shaft moves up and down direction of 28 to 32 R.P.M. Approx carrying a rigid basket rack assembly. On the upper end of the shaft is fitted a horizontal strip to support cylindrical standard size glass tubes with stainless steel wire gauge bottom. Cylindrical basket moves up and down with standard perforated made of acrylic sheet inside in one liter glass beaker of distilled water. Unit having hot plate rating 65 watts fixed on the top BEAKER. Temperature can be maintained by thermostat in between 35^oC to 37^oC. complete with 3-core wire and plug to work on 220 volts A.C. (without beaker)

Used for tablets to determine the durability at the time of production.

A transparent plastic Perspex drum 300mm Dia x 35 mm deep with cover approx. also a shaped radit blades which the tablets along with it up to the central height and lets them off while drum is rotation, it tablet rub against each other without any hard impact. The drum rotates at a fix speed to 30 R.P.M. by motor. The rotation period is controlled by electric timer in between 1 to 5 R.P.M. The motor unit is cover steel cabinet and shaft extended on one side which the plastic drum rotate. Tablets are weighed before after the test and the difference is weight for a particular time period indication the rate of abrasion. Complete unit with electric time switch with neon indictor provided on a front panel with 3 core wire and plug to work on 220 volts A.C.

Automatic compression and ejection device with each revolution of the wheel drive, Built on heavy cast iron body with accentric pressure system. Stainless steel hopper provided and connected by a P.V.C. tube. Easy setting for thickness and hardness of tablets with nuts and locknuts, set of two spanners provided as necessary tools. Die and set of punches are of chromium steel. Fitted on stand.

To test tablet hardness quickly, accurately and conveniently. The instrument is ideal for tablet hardness testing, very handy and portable records quickly and directly on dial indicator. The hardness reading with accuracy of ± 0.5 kg upto 20kgs. Maximum tablet diameter testable is 25mm

Stainless steel 8" dia laboratory size. The machine is worked by oil immersed grea box with F.H.P. Motor driven. Air blower is operated independently and air is thermostatically controlled to give temperature 30⁰C to 110^oC. switches for motor, blower heat and thermostat are fitted on a panel with neon indictor.
